Our Roots

Vantage Capital Partners is the product of its founder’s vision to build upon his experience growing up in a South Florida real estate family to form a boutique real estate investment and development firm. After forming several portfolio companies focused on the acquisition and rental management of distressed single-family homes, fractured condos, and small multifamily properties, David Gorson formed Vantage Capital Partners with a strategy of value-add acquisitions and development primarily in the multifamily space.

Evolution

Our Evolution

Between 2011 and 2016, David Gorson was actively involved in the acquisition and repositioning of single-family homes, small multifamily properties, and distressed fractured condominium and HOA portfolios in South Florida. Capitalizing on the success of this program, Gorson transitioned to acquiring and developing mid-sized multifamily properties throughout South Florida which became the impetus for forming Vantage Capital Partners.

Today, Vantage Capital Partners is an integrated real estate investment and development firm that focuses on asset repositioning and development. Working collaboratively with our curated network of brokers, private investors, commercial lenders, and institutional capital sources, Vantage Capital Partners has access to deal flow, off market opportunities and development projects. Vantage targets unique situations in select markets with strong long-term growth outlooks for its real estate investment and development opportunities.

David Gorson

Founder and Principal

Principal David Gorson began his career in the real estate business working for Thomas Daly on condo development projects in partnership with the Related Group of Florida. In 2011, Mr. Gorson launched his own investment company with a focus on acquiring, repositioning, and developing distressed real estate assets and properties in emerging neighborhoods. He has established a strong track record for financial performance across his portfolio generating both consistent cash flow and underlying asset appreciation. Mr. Gorson received a B.A. in Economics from the University of Virginia in 2003 and a J.D. from UCLA law school in 2006. He is passionate about his family and community service, and he has served as a board member and volunteer for various charitable organizations in South Florida.

Blanca Zuniga

Operations Manager

At Vantage Capital Partners, Blanca is responsible for controlling the financial performance across the investment portfolio including all backend accounting, payroll, accounts payable and receivable. Previously, Blanca worked for Algebra Investments & Realty Corp. where she was responsible for managing several large property portfolios that included collecting rent payments, performing evictions, making deposits in escrow, billing and operations, accounts payable and receivable. Blanca is fluent in Spanish with working knowledge of Portuguese.

Jeaninne Gonzalez

Property Management

Jeaninne is the in-house property manager for our self-managed assets. Her primary responsibilities include handling renovations, maintenance issues, unit turnover, tenant relations, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Jeaninne has established positive working relationships with our tenants and preferred vendors.

Kay Morales

Kay Morales

Leasing Manager / Property Manager

With five years of experience as a South Florida realtor, Kay is a seasoned licensed professional. Kay is a dedicated and results-driven apartment leasing specialist with a proven track record of exceeding revenue goals, organizing apartment tours, completing background checks, and finding qualified tenants. Kay led the leasing at Casa Gardenia and recently joined as the full-time property manager at Plaza Gardenia.
